The most likely thing you will want to do now is schedule a collection for that customer. This is easily done by impersonating the customer.

Click on the Impersonate button.

What this does is allows you to book a collection on the customers behalf. This is important as this collection will then be correctly listed on the collection report that you are able to produce for your drivers each day.

As an administrator you might need to block out dates where you do not want a customer to be able to schedule a collection online. If you only take orders over the phone it is very easy to explain to the customer that you are closed for a day or two but not so if your web site is public facing.

The IroningWeb platform has the ability to setup Holidays by using the Holiday administration page that can be reached from the Dashboard tab.

When you click this button you will be presented with the screen below.

This is the landing page, here you are able to view your holidays in grid format. The red X on the right is used to delete a holiday when it is no longer needed.

To create a new record click the New record link at the lower end of the screen.

The red vans with the white H denote a holiday slot. These are still available for you, the administrator to schedule a collection on as you never know; a good customer might want an emergency collection for some or other reason.

Even when impersonating another user, the booking control still makes these options available as can be seen above.
