Please login to the application by providing a valid email address and your password. If you can no longer remember your password, click the Forgot your password? link to have a random password emailed to you. If you have not yet registered select the Register link to register an account.
As an administrator you will be presented with the Adminstration dashboard, select the Profile administration button.
You will now have the customer search screen above. On this screen you are able to narrow down your search by providing some filter criteria like first name, last name and postal code.
Some of the fields will populate with actual data from the system as soon as you start typing. This is a type ahead feature and helps to speed things up.
Now hover over the customers name, this will provide you with a small popup. Click on the impersonate button. What this does is allows you to book a collection on that customers behalf. This is important as this collection will then be correctly listed on the collection report that you are able to produce for your drivers each day.
NOTE: When you are done impersonating the customer, click on the Revert link on the top right to revert back to your own profile.
Go ahead and select to schedule an AM collection on the Monday the 18th, so click the AM collection link.
You will most probably notice that you are able to schedule collections on days in the past, this is an administrative privilege.
Even if holidays have been booked, you, as an Administrator will still be able to schedule a collection on those days.
Select the turn around option the customer requires from the drop down and enter any special instructions he or she would like to associate with this collection.
After clicking the Next button you will be presented with a confirmation message box. For each collection that has been scheduled a confirmation email will be sent.
